Directions
Download the 3D rocket template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
Begin to create the rocket ship by gluing the inner flame to the outer flame.
Next, glue the engine to the top of the flames.
Take one of the rocket body pieces and glue it to the top of the engine.
Place the fins on either side of the bottom of the rocket base and glue them in place.
Take each of the 3 other rocket body pieces and fold them in half vertically (hot dog style).
Glue these 3 pieces to each other on one side. Use the outer 2 sides and fold them out. Glue them to the main rocket pieces to create the 3D effect.
Position the completed rocket on a dark blue or black piece of paper and glue it in place. Decorate the paper by using star stickers or gel markers.
That’s all there is to it! We think your kids are going to love this cool outer space craft!
