Hi! That seems to happen if you don’t use Adobe Reader. Please follow these steps:
1. Download the file to your computer (don’t leave it in the browser window).
2. Open the file from your computer in Adobe Reader, not a generic PDF reader.
3. Print from Adobe Reader
This should clear it up!
