We love farm animal crafts and have made a ton of cute ones in the past. Today, we’re giving you a simple paper craft cow that is insanely easy to make.
We’ve also included a free printable template, so be sure to print it out and use it when you make this craft.
It’s perfect for creating with your preschool, kindergarten, and early elementary aged children!
Easy Cow Paper Craft

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper (in pink, tan, white, brown or black)
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Markers (optional)
- Cow craft template (download form located at the end of this post)
Directions
Download the cow craft template, print, and cut out the pieces.
Glue the wavy cow spot piece somewhere on the top of the cow’s head. Use scissors to trim off any excess paper.
Glue the nose/mouth area onto the bottom of the cow’s head. Glue the cheeks just under the nostril holes or use a marker to color them in.
Place the eyes just above the nose/mouth area and glue in place. Optional: Use a black or brown marker to outline the eyes to help them stand out.
Make the cow’s ears by gluing the pink inner ear to the brown outer ear. Take the completed ears and glue to the back of the cow’s head, just above the top of the eyes.
Glue the cow’s horns on the back of the cow’s head, in between the ears.
Make the body by gluing the spots around the body base, then trim off the excess with scissors. Glue the cow’s head to the front, top of the body.
Can you believe how simple and cute this little cow is?
