Crayon Puppet Craft

Supplies
- Brown paper bag
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Crayon template (click the “click here to get this freebie” image at the end to open the form)
Directions
Start by downloading the crayon template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this crayon to life!
First, encourage your child to take the top of the crayon wrapper and glue it to the top of the crayon.
Next, guide your child to take one of the black strips and glue it near the bottom of the wrapper.
Now, assemble the mouth by gluing the tongue to the mouth, ensuring a perfect fit. Trim off any excess paper for a clean finish.
Place the mouth in the middle of the crayon top, just above the black strip.
Next, glue the eyes in the middle of the crayon top, just above the mouth.
Help your child position the cheeks on either side of the mouth and glue them in place.
Take the bottom of the crayon wrapper and glue it to the main piece of the brown bag.
Place the bottom of the crayon on the bottom of the wrapper and glue it in place.
Glue the 2nd black strip just above the bottom of the crayon piece.
Position the label in the middle of the crayon wrapper, above the 2nd black strip, and glue it in place.
Finally, glue the top of the crayon to the flap portion of the paper lunch bag.

Crayon Paper Bag Puppet Craft For Kids
This crayon paper bag puppet craft is perfect for kids as they head back to school. It's a great way to get creative and have some fun pretend playtime.
Materials
