How To Make An Earth Day Card
Start by downloading the Earth card template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this Earth card to life!
First, help your kids take the vibrant blue paper and fold it in half along the fold line. Cut the three other sides to create the card, then position the land pieces around the front of the card and watch the Earth come to life! Glue them down and use scissors to trim off any excess paper.
This is where the magic truly happens! Help your kids place the eyes in the middle of the paper and glue them down. Then, grab a black marker and draw a friendly smile just below the eyes.
Let’s continue by gluing the heart below the smile of our Earth. Using the black marker once again, draw on the Earth’s hands, making it look like our planet is tenderly holding the heart.
We’re sure your kids will have fun making this simple craft. Check out our card crafts we have that they will love creating too!
