Elephant Valentine Craft Idea

To get started, you’ll just need some paper, basic craft supplies, and our free printable template. Read on below to download the template and go over our step-by-step instructions to make this fun craft with the kiddos!

Supplies

• Colored cardstock or construction paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Elephant Template (click the “click here to get this freebie” image at the end to open the form)

Directions

Download the Elephant template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the pink inner ears to the outer ears.

Take the eyes and glue them underneath both of the eyebrows.

Next, place the cheeks below and slightly outside the eyes and glue them in place.

Glue the trunk just below and in between the eyes.

Attach the heart in the middle of the elephant’s body using glue.

Finish up by assembling the hand and then gluing it on each side of the heart.
