First, help your child paint the paper plate and let it dry completely. Cut a small, curved part of the top of the paper plate off so it looks like a fish bowl.
Glue the seagrass around the bottom of the paper plate.
Next, glue the gravel to the bottom portion of the paper plate, on top of the seagrass.
Now, glue the stripes to the fish’s body. Trim off the excess paper that hangs off the sides.
Position the red fin on the top and bottom of the fish and glue them in place.
Glue the tail fin on the back and right side of the body.
Next, guide your child to attach the eye just below the eyebrow.
Place the fish in the center of the paper plate and glue it in place.
Finally, encourage your child to glue the bubbles to the paper plate, above the fish’s mouth.
