Cowboy Gingerbread Man

Supplies

Colored cardstock or construction paper
Scissors
Glue stick

Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this gingerbread man to life!

First, guide your child to glue the eyes just above the mouth.

Take the hat and glue it to the top of the gingerbread man’s head.

Glue the star to the middle and top of the cowboy hat.

Next, create the belt by gluing the belt buckle to the belt.

Now, help your child to take the completed belt and glue it to the top of the pants.

Place the pants near the middle of the gingerbread man’s body and glue them in place.

Position the cowboy boots on top of each of the feet and glue them down.

Arrange the vest, one on each side of the gingerbread man’s body, and secure it with glue.

Next, glue the bandana to the gingerbread man’s neck.

Finally, encourage your child to glue the icing decorations near the end of the arms and the tip of the boots.
