Hi and thanks! I just checked and the wings are on the PDF. Generally, following these directions will fix many problems:
1. Download the file to your computer (don't leave it in the browser window). 2. Open the file from your computer in Adobe Reader, not a generic PDF reader. 3. Print from Adobe Reader
