Ice Cream Paper Craft

It’s super simple to create since there are only a few steps and not a lot of cutting. This makes it great for making with toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten children.

Supplies

• Colored cardstock or construction paper
• Black marker
• Glue stick
• Scissors
• Ice Cream template (click the “click here to get this freebie” image at the end to open the form)

Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this project to life!

First, encourage your child to take the melting top part of the ice cream and glue it to the top of the ice cream base. Trim off any excess paper.

Next, guide your child to grab the eyes and glue them in the center of the ice cream, just below the drip marks.

Now, help your child to use the black marker to draw a small smile just beneath the eyes.

Finally, place the ice cream stick on the bottom of the ice cream base and glue it to the backside.
