Begin to make the Santa by folding the half-circle body piece symmetrically in half to make a triangular shape. Put a small straight line of glue at the end and glue just the ends of the paper together. It’s important not to glue too much of the edges together or the Santa will have a hard time standing and rocking. There should be a small opening at the bottom.

Arrange Santa’s body so the pointy tip is the top. Place the belt in the middle of Santa’s body and glue it in place. Cut off any excess paper that hangs off the side. Glue the outer buckle to the middle of the band. Next, place the inner buckle in the middle of the outer buckle.

If you’re using the big-eyed Santa Claus craft, glue the eyes on.

Next, move to create Santa’s head by gluing the beard to the outside of Santa’s head.

Place the mustache in the middle of the head, just above the mouth, and glue it in place.
