Build A Penguin Printable Craft

Supplies
- White cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Markers, crayons, or paint (if using the color version)
- Penguin Template (click the โclick here to get your freebiesโ image at the end of the post)
Directions
Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and letโs help the kids bring this penguin to life!

First, encourage your child to color or paint the pieces of the penguin. Let dry completely before moving on.

Cut out all of the pieces and glue the white paper belly to the middle of the penguinโs body.

Place the beak in the middle of the head, where the belly and the body meet.

Take the eyes and glue them, one on each side, to the upper part of the penguinโs belly.

Next, help your child to glue the cheeks on either side of the eyes, slightly below them.

Finally, guide your child to glue the feet to the bottom and front of the penguinโs body.

Materials

Instructions
- Download the penguin template, print it, and cut out the pieces.
- Begin by coloring or painting the pieces of the penguin. Let dry completely before moving on.
- Cut out all of the pieces and glue the belly to the middle of the penguin's body.
- Place the beak in the middle of the head, where the belly and the body meet.
- Take the eyes and glue them, one on each side, to the upper part of the penguin's belly.
- Next, glue the cheeks on either side of the eyes, slightly below them.
