Directions

Start by downloading the template and printing it out. Once the template is printed, gather the materials for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and letโ€™s help the kids bring this penguin to life!

First, encourage your child to color or paint the pieces of the penguin. Let dry completely before moving on.

Cut out all of the pieces and glue the white paper belly to the middle of the penguinโ€™s body.

Place the beak in the middle of the head, where the belly and the body meet.

Take the eyes and glue them, one on each side, to the upper part of the penguinโ€™s belly.

Next, help your child to glue the cheeks on either side of the eyes, slightly below them.

Finally, guide your child to glue the feet to the bottom and front of the penguinโ€™s body.

Penguin Printable Craft For Kids

This adorable penguin is a fun cut and paste activity that will help kids develop their fine motor skills.

Materials

  • White cardstock
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Markers crayons, or paint (if using the color version)
  • Penguin template

Instructions

  • Download the penguin template, print it, and cut out the pieces.
  • Begin by coloring or painting the pieces of the penguin. Let dry completely before moving on.
