We’re back again with another fun St. Patrick’s Day craft for kids!
Today, we’re showing you how to turn your child into a dancing leprechaun this St. Patrick’s Day with this silly photo leprechaun craft for kids.
This colorful craft is the perfect way to get your little ones excited for the holiday! It’s easy enough for kids of all ages to enjoy and would make a great gift for the grandparents.

Leprechaun Cut Out Craft

Supplies
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Glue stick
- Scissors
- Orange marker
- Photo of your child’s face (about 2″ wide)
- Leprechaun template (click the “click here to get this freebie” image at the end to open the form)
Directions
Start by downloading the leprechaun template and printing it out. Once you have the template printed, gather the materials needed for this fun activity. Get those scissors ready, and let’s help the kids bring this craft to life!
First, encourage your child to take the shirt and glue it to the top of the leprechaun’s body.
Next, guide your child to glue the belt in the middle of the body.
Now, glue the outer buckle to the middle of the belt.
Place the inner belt buckle in the middle of the outer buckle and secure it in place.
Position the hands at the end of the arms and glue them to the back.
Place the shoes at the bottom of the legs and glue them to the back of the paper.
Next, help your child cut your child’s face out of a photograph and glue it to the top of the leprechaun’s body.
Use an orange marker to draw on a beard or color in the hair.
Guide your child to place the hat at the top of the head and glue it in place.
Finally, glue the hat band in the middle of the hat.

Turn your child into a silly leprechaun with this photo leprechaun craft for St. Patrick's Day!
Materials
