Cut a popsicle stick into thirds with the scissors. Line up 4 popsicle sticks evenly. Stretch out three glue dots to go onto the back of each of the cut popsicle sticks.

Paint about 2/3 of the popsicle sticks in a skin colored paint and 1/3 of them in a bright green.

Glue the hair to the top of the skin colored portion. Place the beard where the skin and the green paint meet and glue it down.
