In our home, July 4th is one of those holidays we don’t usually celebrate with a lot of crafts and projects. But, we want to change that, so that’s why we made this cute craft!

Materials

– Colored card stock – Glue stick – Scissors – Bald eagle template

Instructions

1. Download the eagle craft template.

2. If you are using the single child template, print the template on white cardstock and cut out all the pieces, then trace them onto the coordinating colored card stock and cut out again.

3. Trace your child's handprint onto brown paper and cut out.

4. Assemble the eagle by gluing the child's handprint behind the body. Next glue the tail feathers on the bottom of the eagle, behind the body.
