Paper Plate Gingerbread Man Craft

It’s Christmastime and we’re so excited for all the extra time together as a family! Build some great memories with the kids when you make this paper plate gingerbread man craft.

Materials

– Paper plates – Brown paint – Black marker – Glue stick – Scissors – Gingerbread template

Instructions

1. Download the gingerbread template, print, and cut out the pieces you need to make the craft.

2. Paint the paper plate in 1-2 thin coats of brown paint. If you want to skip this step, use brown party plates instead.

3. Place the icing hair at the top of the paper plate and glue into place. Make sure you use enough glue on the ridges to make it stick.

4. To make a boy gingerbread, glue the bow tie at the bottom of the paper plate. To make a girl gingerbread, glue the bow on her hair.

5. Glue the eyes just beneath the hair, then take the cheeks and glue below the eyes on both sides. 6. Draw a smile between the two cheeks with the black marker.
