Cut out the small pieces, but not the face.

Fold a piece of yellow card stock in half “hot dog” style. Place the Pikachu head template on the yellow paper with the flat part along the fold line.

Create Pikachu’s ears by gluing the black ear tip to the top of his yellow ears. Cut off the excess paper.
