What You Need:

popsicle sticks brown paint paint brush glue dots cardstock black marker glue stick template

Cut a popsicle stick into thirds with the scissors. Line up 4 popsicle sticks evenly. Stretch out three glue dots to go onto the back of the cut up popsicle stick. Use this to secure the 4 popsicle sticks together.

Flip the popsicle sticks over and paint it in 1-2 thin coats of brown paint. Let dry completely before moving on.

Glue the groundhog eyes towards the top of the popsicle sticks.

Use the black marker to draw on the groundhog’s nose and mouth, then glue the teeth below the mouth line.

Place the belly below the teeth and glue it in place. Take the arms and glue them on the outside of the popsicle sticks, at the belly line.

Glue the ears on the outside and top of the groundhog popsicle stick base. That’s all there is to it to make this little groundhog!

Take the brown marker and draw on the inner ears on both of the outer ears.
