Ice Cream Handprint Craft  For Kids [Free Template]

If you’re like us, you’re always on the lookout for fun activities that will help fill up some of that free time. And what says summer better than a big scoop of ice cream?

This easy ice cream handprint craft is the perfect activity for a hot day, and it also makes a great keepsake.

Supplies

– Colored cardstock or construction paper – Scissors – Glue – Markers – Ice cream template

Start by downloading the template and printing it out.

First, encourage your child to take the ice cream cone and use a brown marker to draw horizontal and vertical lines to make it look like a waffle cone.

Next, trace your child’s hand onto a piece of colored paper and cut it out.

Position the handprint with the fingers down, then glue the chocolate syrup to the base of the hand.

Now, help your child glue the eyes to the middle of the palm, one on each side.
