If your kids are learning about ocean animals, this killer whale headband craft is a fun activity to make!

This craft is super simple and comes with a printables template in 2 different versions. That means it’s great to make with young children in preschool and elementary.

Materials

– Black and white cardstock or construction paper – Scissors – Glue – Tape – Crayons or markers (if using the color in version) – Killer whale template

Instructions

Download the killer whale template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the mouth piece to the bottom of the headband base.

Terrain Map

Position the eyes just above the mouth and glue them in place.

Next, take the eye spot and glue it just to the right of the eyes.

Use the tape to attach a headband extender on each side of the base.
