Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Star Stickers
  • Popsicle Template

Instructions

  • Download the template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the bottom piece to the lower edge of the popsicle base.
  • Next, glue the wavy top piece to the upper edge of the popsicle base.
  • Then glue the stick to the bottom center of the base.
  • After that, add star stickers to the top section of the popsicle.
  • Next, glue the bow or hat near the top of the popsicle if using.
