Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers optional
  • Gnome template

Instructions

  • Download the gnome template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes in the middle of the face, one on each side.
  • Glue the face piece to the front of the beard, just above the mouth.
  • Next, glue the nose in the middle of the face, in between the eyes and the mouth.
  • Place the acorn hat on the top of the gnome's head and glue it in place.
  • Take the completed gnome head and glue it to the top of the gnome's body.
  • Glue the feet on the bottom of the gnome's body.
  • Next, glue the leaf in the middle of the gnome's body. Optionally, use a brown marker to draw the stem at the base of the leaf.
  • Finish up by gluing the hands on both sides of the leaf, so it looks like the gnome is holding the leaf.
