  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Alligator template

Instructions

  • Download the alligator template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • If you want the background to be colorful, glue the colored rectangle to the flap portion of the brown paper bag.
  • Begin to create the alligator's head by gluing the eyes in the circular section at the top of the head.
  • Place the cheek to the right of the mouth and glue it in place.
  • Optionally, glue the teeth along the mouth.
  • Take the completed alligator head and glue it to the flap portion of the bag.
  • Next, glue the arms to the back and a few inches from the top of the alligator's body.
  • Position the legs at the bottom of the bottom and glue them to the back.
  • Glue the belly to the middle of the alligator's body.
  • Finish off the puppet by gluing the completed body to the main portion of the brown paper bag.
  • And now your child is done! Isn't that simple and cute?!
