Download the apple template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Place the apple core template on the paper plate, trace with the pencil, then cut it out.

Next, take the apple stem and glue it to the top and front of the paper plate.

Glue the leaf to the side of the stem.

Cut or tear small pieces of green or red paper for the apple. Glue these pieces along the top and bottom edge of the paper plate.

Cut out tear small pieces of cream paper for the apple's core. Glue these pieces in the middle of the paper plate.

Finish up the apple core by gluing the seeds to the middle of the paper plate.
