Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Tape
  • Markers

Instructions

  • Print the template and gather the materials for this fun activity.
  • Begin by gluing the eye pieces below the eyebrows.
  • Color the mouth piece in and glue it below the eyes.
  • Glue one cheek on each side of the mouth.
  • Glue the stem behind the top center of the apple.
  • Glue the leaf behind the top of the apple beside the stem.
  • Attach one extender to each side of the headband base with tape.
  • Wrap the headband around the child’s head, adjust the fit, and secure the ends together.
