Materials
- Brown paper bag
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Markers
- Scissors
- Glue
- Astronaut template
Instructions
- Download the astronaut template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the eyes on the face, above the nose.
- Use a marker to draw on some hair just above the eyes.
- Take the face and glue it to the face outline piece.
- Next, take these pieces and glue them to the middle of the helmet.
- Glue the helmet rotators to the back and each side of the helmet.
- Create the suit by gluing the suit decoration to the middle and upper part of the body.
- Place the boots at the bottom of the body and glue them in place.
- Position the leg connects at the top of the leg line and glue it down.
- Now, take the completed body and glue it to the base of the brown paper bag.
- Next, glue the completed helmet to the flap portion of the brown bag.
- Place the arms on either side of the paper bag and glue them to the inside of the side flaps.
- Finish off by gluing the arm connectors to the innermost part of the arms.
