Astronaut Turkey Disguise Craft For Kids

Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paint optional to decorate the feathers
- Star glitter optional to decorate the feathers
- Astronaut Turkey template
Instructions
- Download the astronaut template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Begin by gluing the helmet border piece in the middle of the head.
- Take the face and glue it to the middle of the helmet border piece.
- Next glue the eyes on the face, just below the eyebrows.
- Place the snood in the middle of the head, just below the eyes, and glue it in place.
- Glue the beak on top of the snood.
- Glue the helmet rotators to the back and each side of the helmet.
- Now glue the feet to the bottom part of the body.
- Optionally, decorate the feathers to resemble space by gently tapping a paintbrush with slightly watered-down paint and gluing star glitter onto them.
- Finish up by gluing the body to the middle of the feather.
