Download the headband template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to make your elf headband by gluing the hair to the elf head.

Next, glue the eyes in the middle of the head, just above the mouth.

Use a brown marker to draw on eyebrows above both eyes. Use a peach marker to draw on the nose just above the mouth.

Take the completed head and glue it to the front and top of the collar.

Start making the hat by gluing the yellow band to the hat. Next, glue the feather to the back and side of the hat.

Position the completed hat on the top of the hair and glue it down.

Place this completed piece onto the headband base and glue it in place.

Finish off the headband by taping an extender piece to each side of the base.
