Download the Chewbacca template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Take the dark brown top hair piece and glue it to the top of Chewbacca's head. Cut off any paper that hangs off the top.

Next, glue the eyes, one on each side, under the arch of the dark hair.

Use a dark brown marker to draw some hair lines on the top of Chewbacca's hair.

Glue the completed head to the flap portion of the paper bag.

Make the body by gluing the bandolier (dark brown rectangle) at an angle across the body piece. Cut the excess paper off.

Place the gray cartridges at the same angle along the bandolier and glue them in place.

Finish off Chewbacca by gluing the completed body to the main portion of the brown paper bag.
