Begin by placing the face on the center of the hair and gluing it in place.

Glue the eyes above the mouth.

Take the bangs and glue it on the top of the head.

Glue the hairband to the middle of the hair.

Next, glue the head to the flap portion of the paper bag.

Take the dress and glue it to the main portion of the brown paper bag and behind the head.

Create the dress by gluing the skirt part to the middle of the dress.

Place the sleeves on the sides of the body and glue them in place.

Finish up by gluing the arms to the back and bottom part of the sleeve.
