Download the cow template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to make the cow's face by gluing the large spot somewhere on the cow's head. If any paper hangs off the cow's head, trim it off with scissors.

Position the eyes in the middle of the head and glue them in place.

Next, place the nose/mouth piece so that it's slightly overlapping the bottom of the cow's eyes. Glue them in place.

Glue the cheeks on both sides of the mouth piece, just below the nostrils.

Place the inner ears in the middle of the outer ears and glue them in place.

Optionally: Glue the other two spots on the headband base and trim off the excess paper.

Finish off the headband by taping the extenders to both sides of the headband base.
