Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Shaving cream
  • Liquid Glue
  • Paint Brush
  • Fork or craft stick for mixing
  • Penguin Template

Instructions

  • Download the polar bear template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the belly to the middle of the penguin’s body.

  • Place the arms on the sides of the penguin and glue them, angled outward.
  • Glue the feet to the back and bottom of the penguin’s body.

  • Make a puffy paint by mixing equal parts of shaving cream and liquid glue into a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Then use a paintbrush to paint inside the lines of the penguin’s body. Let it dry completely before gluing the pieces on.
  • Glue the eyes to the top part of the penguin’s body.

  • Finish up by gluing the beak between the eyes, where the white and black meet.
