Dinosaurs have always been a source of fascination for kids, captivating them with their immense size and mysterious existence in the past. 
What better way to indulge their love for these prehistoric creatures than with our fun and engaging dinosaur paper plate craft?

Materials

  • Paper Plate
  • Blue Paint
  • Paint Brush
  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Markers
  • Dinosaur Template

Instructions

  • Download the dinosaur template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Paint the paper plate with 1-2 thin coats of blue/green paint. Let dry completely. Then begin gluing the eyes in the middle and top of the paper plate. Cut two slits in the bottom of the paper plate to make it easier to glue on the mouth in the next steps.

  • Next, attach the pink cheek of the dinosaur on both sides of the mouth.
  • Glue the mouth at the bottom of the eyes, slightly overlapping both eyes.

  • Use the marker to draw the eyebrows on both sides.
  • Finish by attaching the spines to the back and top of the paper plate.
