Download the dinosaur template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Start by gluing the eye just below the eyebrow.

Take the belly and glue it to the left-most part of the dinosaur's body, just below the neck area.

Next, take the heart and glue it to the belly portion of the dinosaur's body.

Finish up by gluing the arm to the dinosaur's body, so it looks like it's holding the heart.
