Download the eagle template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Start by gluing the eyes, one on each side of the head to the middle of the eagle's head.

Place the beak in the middle of the head so it is slightly overlapping the bottom of the eyes and glue it in place.

Use a black marker to draw the eyebrows above both eyes.

Next, glue the head to the flap portion of the brown paper bag.

Take the body of the eagle and glue it to the main portion of the brown bag.

Finish up by gluing the wings to each side of the eagle's body.
