Download the eagle template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
Paint the paper plate with 1-2 thin coats of brown paint and let dry completely. Once dry, cut it in half. You will have 2 eagle bodies per 1 painted plate.
Begin by gluing the beak to the left side of the eagle's head.
Next, take the eye and glue it just below and to the left of the eyebrow.
Position the cut in half paper plate at an angle with the flat part facing up and right. Glue the wing to the flat part of the paper plate.
Place the completed head on the top of the eagle's body and glue it in place.
Take the tail feathers and glue them to the back and bottom of the eagle's body.
Finish up by gluing the feet to the back and bottom of the eagle's body, to the left of the tail feathers.
