Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Brown paper bag
  • Easter bunny Template

Instructions

  • Download the Easter bunny template, print it, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the nose to the top of the mouth line.
  • Place the cheeks below the eyes and glue them down.
  • Next, glue the inner ears onto the outer ears.
  • Glue the ears to the back and top of the bunny’s head.
  • Now, glue the bunny’s head onto the flap portion of the brown paper bag.
  • Position the body of the bunny to the main portion of the brown paper bag and glue it in place. Trim off any of the excess brown paper bag that is still showing.
  • Glue the purple strips across the egg for decoration. Trim the excess paper off.
  • Next, glue the finished egg onto the lower part of the body.
  • Finish off by gluing the bunny’s arms to appear as if it is holding the egg.
