Download the chick template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Fold the chick card base along the dashed line, then cut out along the chick's body, leaving the top, flat line uncut.

Take the eyes and glue them to the middle of the chick's head area.

Next, glue the beak just below the eyes, in the middle.

Create the egg by gluing the egg spots along the top and bottom eggshell. Trim off any paper that hangs off the sides.

Take the top eggshell and glue it to the top of the chick's head, slightly overlapping the eyes.

Finish off by gluing the bottom eggshell to the bottom of the chick's body.

Open up the card and have your child write a special message inside.
