Download the elf headband template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to assemble the headband by gluing the shirt collar to the top of one of the headband extender pieces.

Glue the head and neck onto the shirt trim piece.

Create the elf's hat by gluing the hat trim to the base of the hat. Next, glue the hat fluff to the tip of the hat.

Take the completed hat and glue it to the top of the elf's head.

Position the eyes slightly below the hat and glue in place. Cut out small eyebrows from brown paper and glue on or draw on with a brown marker.

Glue the nose in between the eyes, then glue cheeks on either side of the eyes. You can also use a pink marker to draw on the cheeks.

Add a headband extender to each side of the headband base and tape or staple to secure it.
