Download the elf template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to assemble the elf by gluing the green shirt to the bottom of the elf body.

Next, add the elf shirt trim. Glue it to the middle, top of the elf shirt.

Take the elf's eyes and glue it just above the smile.

Now, glue the 2 red pom poms to the elf shirt.

Finish off by gluing the hat trim to the bottom of the hat. Use a piece of a glue dot or regular glue to attach the pom to the tip of the hat.

Glue the finished elf to the toilet paper roll.
