Download the popcorn template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin by gluing the stripes vertically along the popcorn box. Cut off any excess paper that hangs off the sides.

Place the bucket rim along the top of the bucket and glue it in place.

Next, glue the #1 pop sign in the middle of the bucket.

Glue the completed popcorn bucket in the middle of a colored piece of paper.

Using a variety of popcorn colored tissue paper squares, like yellow, white, and cream, scrunch up a piece and glue it to the top of the bucket.

Finish up by repeating the scrunching and gluing until you have made a mound of popcorn on top of the bucket.
