Download the popsicle template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Begin to make the popsicle by gluing the red piece to the top of the blue bottom.

Glue the white piece in the middle of the red and blue pieces.

Next, glue the eyes on the red part, just above the mouth.

Place the light blue shadow pieces in the middle of the popsicle, spanning over the white and blue pieces.

Place the popsicle stick in the middle and bottom of the popsicle and glue it to the back.

Take the completed popsicle and glue it to the left side of a colored piece of paper.

Finish up by gluing the speech bubble near the popsicle's mouth.
