Download the flower template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Fold the blue paper with the mason jar in half along the dashed line. Cut out along the jar, leaving the left side of the jar uncut. This is the base of the card.

Trace your child's hand onto colored paper two times and cut them out. Take the handprints and glue them to the top of the flower stems.

Position the handprint flowers on top of the jar and glue them down.

Open the card and write a special message inside!
