Download the Forky template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Start making the pumpkin by gluing the stem to the top and back of the white pumpkin.

Place the eyebrow at the top and middle of the pumpkin and glue it in place.

Next, take the eyes and glue them below the eyebrow.

Take the outer mouth and glue it in the middle of the pumpkin, just below the eyes.

Finish up by gluing the inner mouth to the center of the outer mouth.
