Download the Frankenstein template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Paint the popsicle sticks in 1-2 thin coats of green paint. Let it dry completely before moving on.

Take the hair and glue it to the top of the popsicle sticks.

Optionally: Cut jagged pieces out of the top of Frankenstein's shirt to make it look torn. Glue the shirt to the bottom of the popsicle sticks.

Next, place the eyes just slightly below the hair and glue them in place.

Use the black marker to draw on Frankenstein's nose, mouth, and stitches.

Finish Frankenstein by gluing the bolts to the side of each head, just below the hairline.
