Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Pencil
  • Frog template

Instructions

  • Download the frog template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Start by gluing the eyes on the frog's head.

  • Create the frog's body by gluing the belly to the middle and bottom of the frog's body piece.
  • Next, take the inner legs and glue them near the middle of the body, one on each side.

  • Glue the head to the top of the frog's body.
  • Trace your child's handprint onto a piece of green paper two times and cut them out. Create the frog's outer leg by gluing the handprint to the lower part of the outer leg. You'll want the fingers pointed downward and slightly outward.

  • Finish up by gluing the outer legs to the back of the frog's body, one on each side.
