Download the frog template, edit it to add your child(rens) name(s), print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Start by gluing the eyes to the top of the frog's head in the middle of the eye bumps.

Glue the belly to the middle and bottom of the frog's body.

Next, take the inner legs and glue them, one on each side of the frog's belly.

Place the completed frog in the middle of the background piece of paper and glue it to the top of the paper.

Finish up the craft by having the child spell out their name with the lilypad letter beneath the frog.
