Materials
- Colored cardstock or construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Markers
- Giraffe template
Instructions
- Download the giraffe template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
- Fold the giraffe card base in half along the dashed line, then cut it out, leaving the top part uncut.
- Take the nose and mouth piece and glue it to the bottom of the giraffe's head.
- Next, take the eyes and glue them on the head, just above the nose.
- Use a marker to draw on the giraffe's eyebrows and spots along the top of the head.
- Place the ossicones at the back and top of the giraffe's head and glue them in place.
- Create the giraffe's ears by gluing the inner ears to the outer ears.
- Position the completed ears on the back and top corners of the giraffe's head and glue them in place.
- Finish up by opening the card and writing a special message inside!
