This adorable graduation gnome craft is a fun way to commemorate the end of the school year. Kids will love creating a gnome, complete with a cap and gown, all set to graduate, too!

Materials

  • Colored cardstock or construction paper
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Gnome template

Instructions

  • Download the gnome template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.
  • Begin by gluing the eyes below the eyebrows.
  • Next, glue the beard below the eyes.
  • Position the nose at the bottom of the eyes and glue it in between them.
  • Place the academic gown below the beard and back of the gnome and glue it in place.
  • Glue the feet to the bottom of the gnome’s body.
  • Next, color in the diploma band and then glue it to the center of the body.
  • Now, glue the hands to the center of the body and holding the diploma.
  • Attach the academic cap above the head and glue it in place.
  • Finish up by gluing the tassel to the cap so it's hanging off.
