Download the Grinch template, print, and cut out the pieces you need.

Take the eyebrows and glue them at the top of the eyes at a downward angle so he looks mad.

Place the icing pieces near the end of the arms and the legs and glue them in place. Cut off the excess paper.

Next, create the scarf. To make the stripes, glue them in even intervals along the 2 pieces of the scarf. Cut off the excess. If you want a solid-colored scarf, skip this step.
